Cream Minerals-Roca Mines Option Agreement Terminated
Cream Minerals Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:CMA)(OTCBB:CRMXF)(FRANKFURT:DFL) announced that the option agreement with Roca Mines Inc. on the Nuevo Milenio silver-gold property is terminated.
The press release is quoted as saying:
In light of the current financial and economic background Roca determined it should forgo additional work at Nuevo Milenio in favour of focusing on the continued development of its premier asset the MAX Molybdenum Mine. Consequently the agreement is no longer in force.
