Terrane Metals Corp. (TSX VENTURE:TRX) today announced results of the Company’s Annual General Meeting held on December 9, 2009 in Vancouver, Canada and to provide a corporate update.

The press release is quoted as saying:

Terrane Metals Corp. is an exploration and mine development company focused on the development of the Mt. Milligan copper-gold and Berg copper-molybdenum-silver projects in British Columbia, Canada.
